Chesney Claire is a pop/R&B artist and the founder of Red Twenty Five Music Group, an independently owned record label and artist management company she built from the ground up. Self-funded from day one, the label reflects her own journey as an artist — driven by a clear purpose: giving artists the space, support, and strategy they need to thrive.

As both a creative and an executive, Chesney brings a rare perspective to the company, understanding firsthand what it takes to develop as an artist and build a lasting career. Working closely alongside Dewayne Watts, Vice President of A&R, she and the team take a hands-on approach with every artist on the roster — helping shape not just the music, but the bigger picture of who they are as artists and where their careers are headed.
